Getting there and away
Virgin, Qantas, or Jetstar fly directly to Hamilton Island (code HTI) from most capital cities. Congress registration commences on Monday 6 November from 1 pm and is open all afternoon with our welcome dinner kicking off at 5 pm so you can fly into the island any time Monday. We conclude on Friday 10 November at 9.30 am after a formal breakfast and program wrap up so you can fly out any time Friday.

If you plan to arrive earlier or extend your stay, kindly provide your precise dates to Samantha Williams at samantha.williams@wtfglimited.com. She will then coordinate with the Hamilton Island accommodation booking department to generate a separate payment link for any additional costs, which will be sent directly to you for payment.
