What To Bring & Wear

Welcome BBQ: Get ready for a laid-back tropical BBQ by the pool, so come as you are. Shorts, skirts, Hawaiian shirts, and comfy thongs or sandals are more than welcome.

Conference: Embrace the tropical vibes and dress comfortably. Think smart casual to relaxed casual, but don’t forget to wear something on your feet. Thongs are a no-go, but anything else works!

Melbourne Cup: It’s your time to shine and impress our Olympic Champion judges at the Fashion on the Field parade. Choose between tropical chic or smart casual and don’t forget to crown your outfit with a fancy or funny hat or fascinator. We’ve got some amazing prizes up for grabs, including travel, food & beverages, and more.

Sunset cocktails: We’re taking it up a notch at the Yacht Club with champagne and cocktails. It’s a tad fancier than the poolside BBQ, but comfort is still key.

Gala dinner: Get ready for a night of tropical formal elegance, and make sure your shoes are dance-floor-ready!

Now, on to the activities:

• Pool and Beach: For fun by the pool or at the beach, pack your swimmers, a stylish hat, and, of course, plenty of sunscreen.
• La Trobe Financial Passage Peak Challenge: If you’re taking on this challenge, make sure to bring along sturdy walkers/hikers or some trusty fitness/running shoes.
• MLC Kayak Racing: You’ll need your swimmers and a rashie or a t-shirt you don’t mind getting wet.
• Iress Ice Bath Challenge: Well, at the very least, have your swimmers ready for this chilly adventure.
